About the cooperation with FSI "Rostest-Moskva"

In 2011, was signed the Agreement on cooperation between the International Organization for Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation in the electrical industry of "Interelectro" and FSI "Rostest-Moskva". In accordance with the signed Agreement the parties in accordance with their power will cooperate in the provision of assistance to the participants of the market of the electrical industry by improving the safety and quality of released products, confirmation of the safety and quality, as well as in the marketing promotion of producers (sellers) of products with expert-confirmed quality.  

In accordance with the Agreement, the cooperation in the implementation of this Agreement will be implemented by:

• monitoring the electrical industry market in terms of security and the quality of its products;

• informing market participants about safety and quality requirements, about new legislative, normative- technical and methodical documents;

• assistance for market participants in conducting of compulsory certification in the State Standard;

• assistance for market participants in the implementation and certification of management systems (ISO 9000, ISO 14000);

• assistance for market participants in the regulation of quality requirements in the development of contract for the supply of products and confirmation of conformity for shipped (supplied) product in contracted quality requirements;

• examination of supplied products commodity for quality, quantity, completeness, packing in a conflict situations, in the insurance cases, in assizes of economic controversies;

• organizing expert and competitive programs of production, presented on the market of electrical industry in order to identify leaders of quality;

• holding presentations and advertising campaigns of enterprises, which product quality is confirmed by the results of joint activities;

• working with the media to popularize the value of quality of electrical products for consumers and economy in tote;

• participation by mutual agreement between representatives of both organizations in their meetings, symposia, exhibitions, workshops, conferences and other events, including events which take place abroad.

According to the agreement, contribution to joint activities for the contracting parties consists of:

• FSI "Rostest-Moskva" ensures the execution phases on testing, examination, certification of production, implementation of quality systems, providing the information on quality;

• Interelectro provides recruitment and selection of potential project participants, organizes exhibitions, forums, expert and competitive programs, information and advertising campaigns.
