Organization Structure
The Council is the representative and managing part of Interelectro, coordinating the activity of all members of the Interelectro structures and defining the aims and tasks of Interelectro for future and current periods.
The Council of Interelectro includes:
• Representatives of member states of Agreement, determined by each country according to national systems of state management of the economy, or authorized by the appropriate public authorities of industrial unions and associations (each state-member of the Agreement has one vote in Council)
The Secretariat is the administrative and executive part of Interelectro.
The Secretariat’s structure consists of a chief of the Secretariat - chief executive officer of the Secretariat, his deputy and other officers directed by the member states of the Agreement in the amount approved by the Council, and appropriate staff.
Head of the Secretariat handles the finances of Interelectro in accordance with the approved budget, approves the personnel arrangements of the Secretariat, coordinates the distribution of positions of basic composition of the Secretariat between member states, develops and approves labor regulations, accepts for employment and dismisses skeleton and maintenance staff in accordance with the Regulations on Staff, determines their salaries according to the approved staffing and payroll and presents Interelectro in legal relations, where Interelectro acts as a legal entity.
The Secretariat takes the technical, economic and organizational work on the tasks of Interelectro.
